My name is Chiara Alessa, and I currently work at Leevin Ireland, a property agency providing student accommodation for both long-term and short-term stays. In my role, I handle job applications for various open positions, such as receptionist and videomaker. I schedule interviews and work closely with the HR department. Due to my duties, I communicate a lot with my colleagues and customers, which has improved my English a lot. Additionally, I write and publish job descriptions to attract the right candidates. I focus on good communication and ensure that both applicants and colleagues have a positive experience. My colleagues are kind and helpful, making it a supportive and enjoyable place to work. Leevin Ireland is a great workplace and definitely improves my time in Dublin.
